Pretty, pretty green


Pretty, pretty green breakfast for a glowing skin and refreshed body.

Ingredients: 4-5 pieces of broccoli florets, one egg, half an avocado, dill, one tsp sesame seeds, one tsp flax seeds, rucola and coconut oil to bake.

Benefits: detoxes the liver, helps clean the blood, antibacterial, increases production of collagen, anti-inflamatory, boosts fertility, lowers blood pressure, cleanse and nourishes the skin.

Rich in:

Broccol - pantothenic acid, beta-carotene, vitamin C, sulphur compounds, lutein

Rucola(rocket) - sulphur, vitamin C, antioxidants, folate, iron and calcium

Avocado - phytosterols, betasterol and campesterol (plant hormones), potassium, sodium, monounsaturates fats

Dill - antibacterial and diuretic essential oils

Sesame seeds - vitamin E, sesamin and sesamolin (plant hormone), calcium

Flax seeds - omega - 3 fatty acid

Coconut oil - potassium, vitamine B, manganese

Egg - protein, omega 3, vitamin A, B2, B5, B12, D, biotin, choline, iodine, phosphorus, selenium, zinc, carotenes, lutein.
